Queen Mary, Epsom.

The Seismic upgrade and major refurbishment of a 1915 building in Epsom while maintaining a live tenant in level 1. the ground floor was repurposed to house a new hospitality tenant building was then re hospitality tenant. the project was split over a 3-stage consent. We removed the original timber floor on the ground floor and replaced it with a concrete floor and new foundations and upgraded mechanical, electrical and plumbing/drainage. New façade joinery and external painting.
