McDonnell Green Construction completed Stage 1 of the Epsom Village refurbishment, delivering building improvements within an active, occupied environment.

The project required careful staging, coordination and site management to facilitate construction while minimising disruption to residents, occupants and day-to-day operations. Working within an existing building environment demanded a considered approach to sequencing, subcontractor coordination, site access and health and safety.
