The Home Store retail base build.

The repurposing of an existing large retail space in Newmarket, formerly Route 66. A new facade and base build fit out was undertaken to provide a new street front location for the home store.

The project required a resource consent, building consent prior to construction. All design and construction work was undertaken by McDonnell Green Construction
