iReX terminals, McDonnell Green were engaged by KiwiRail to lead the delivery of the building packages across Wellington, CentrePort & Picton, Port Marlborough. The building package included full redevelopment across the rail yards, port buildings, rental car facilities, the temporary terminal in Picton and new terminal buildings.

WSP and Jacobs were engaged as a joint venture to deliver the design packages across the project. The project required high levels of engagement with direct and indirect stakeholders, Mana Whenua and contractors to deliver this extremely complex construction project
